· Consistency pass across all pages: colours, type, sizes, shadows, copy and the Flo label.
· Added Tokens, Grid and border, Data visualisation, AI and Illustrations pages; new tokens for border width, opacity, code and metric type, interaction tints, skeleton and charts.
· Decided: date-picker calendar uses a soft selected fill, underlined today, Monday start and quick picks.
· Decided: stage colours one hue per phase; peek without dimming; mark the smaller set of required or optional fields; calendar keeps green today and red now-line; peek title 16px; field values ink; sign-in uses the app icon; destructive actions scale with the damage (Undo toast, soft red confirm, type-to-confirm with solid red; no hold-to-delete).
· Brand merged in: the Brand foundation page carries the kit's lockups, symbol, app icon, clear space, colour, C2 and H1 palettes, type, voice and misuse rules (from ascern-site/branding).
· Action colour: #004F46, the brand kit's agreed colour (Joseph: the light teal was too light). Hover #003E37, selected #E6F2EF, links underlined. Replaces #048073.
· C2 Celadon and stone: brand moments only (empty-state art, onboarding, illustrations), never controls or status. H1 Coral and mist: marketing only.
· Focus: solid 2px ring in the brand colour, 2px gap (follows every system checked). Ink and the soft halo were tried and rejected.
· Color: Atlassian semantic names as aliases; 4th text grey dropped; form field edge #8C8F97.
· Typography: Inter 400/500/600; sizes 24/16/14/12; tracking by size; 13px caption retired; menus at 500.
· Spacing, radius, elevation: space.025–400; pills 6px; shadow.overlay from Attio; primary button depth.
· Motion: popups from 0.97; one tooltip delay, 300ms.
· Iconography: Phosphor bold; 16 and 12px only.
· Layout: Tailwind with a spacing lint; four type utilities.
· Patterns: six page templates; templates own gutter and width; one RowList.
· File reorganized after Atlassian's Figma libraries: Readme, Changelog, Cover, Foundations, Components (❖ pages), Patterns.
