Resume
· One row per Rule: switch first, name (a link to the Rule), then what starts it in plain words.
· On the right, only what is true: last run with its status pill, next run, runs this week. A Rule that never ran says nothing.
· A failure shows under the name in red, saying what went wrong, not a code.
· A Rule that paused itself is off and offers Resume. Resume is the same as turning it on.
· Flo's drafts come first: Apply is the one primary on the page, Discard sits beside it.
· Keyboard: Tab reaches the switch, then the name. The switch reads "Morning brief is on".

· Opening a row opens the Rule. The week count opens its Runs, filtered to Stuck when any are.

· The header is a breadcrumb to Rules and the Rule's name, with its switch on the right.
· When reads as one sentence. Then is a top-down list: a + before every step and one at the end opens the step menu.
· Edit opens a step in place; Save and Cancel appear only once something changed.
· A Brief is the instructions, then what Flo may change. Each write says whether it waits for you.
· Rule and Runs are tabs in the address, so a run log can be linked to.
· Delete asks first: "Delete this Rule and its runs". Run it now shows only on scheduled Rules.

Rules move conversations between views straight away, and History can undo each move. Sending a reply and changing a record always wait for you. New rule? Try it on the Test tab first.
· A member writes a rule as a sentence; Flo names it. Tags they already made sit under the box as chips that drop the tag into the sentence.
· Their own rules and Flo's built-in ones share one table. Own rules carry a Yours pill and the only Delete.
· The header switch turns all sorting on or off and names the mailbox.
· Delete asks first, because a rule is the member's own words. Conversations already moved stay put.
